When do you put up a new product for sale?

Every evening at 8pm (UK time), there is a brand new deal waiting for you.

What if I missed the last deal?

The Daily Deals are only available for a limited time, in a limited quantity. If you blink and miss the last one, that’s it – you’ve missed it!

Can I get emails when new products are available?

Yes! Simply subscribe to our Daily or Weekly Newsletter.

Do you have a privacy policy?

Yes: you give us the information we need to ship your order, and we use that information only for your order, and don’t give it anyone for any reason.

How do I buy an Item?

Simply press the "Buy Now" button and checkout, it's that simple.

Do I need an account to buy an item?

No. You can either pay with your existing Amazon account (and you won't have to type your payment details), or you can open an account with us.

How do I pay for my item?

We accept Checkout by Amazon, credit cards and Paypal.

What are my shipping options and how fast does it ship?

Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours from the time the order is placed, via Royal Mail or any other trusted Transport System.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

How can I sell my products on your site?

What if I want to return an item?

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us first advising that you would like to do so.
We accept returns of all items within 7 days of receipt, except earrings for pierced ears and body jewellery that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
When returning the items you are responsible to return the item in its entirety including the paperwork and packaging and in its original condition. You are also responsible for the item until it is received and signed for by us. It is strongly advised to use an insured delivery method for all items – Royal Mail offers affordable insured delivery. Unless faulty the customer will bear all postage costs.
When returning your item you must return all free promotions items where applicable or you will be charged.
